People with their own login
Start with the people who need to log in. Each independent login needs an identity and mailbox; several addresses do not necessarily mean several users.
Aliases for extra addresses
An alias such as billing@studio.example can deliver to a person’s mailbox. It has no independent login or storage. Also confirm whether sending from the alias is supported.
Groups and shared inboxes
A group distributes messages to multiple recipients. A shared inbox brings conversations together for a team. Business plans 5 per organization, with assignments and internal notes, once these features are operational.
