Every client, in their own space.
Distinguish brand identities from client organizations. Delegated access needs explicit permissions and data separation.
One person can represent several brands with distinct domains, addresses and signatures.
Managing independent organizations requires separate members and permissions; it is not the same as adding an alias.
Professional includes 5 domains per organization and Business 20. Aliases share the user mailbox; Enterprise covers requirements for independent organizations.

Can I use my existing domain?+
Yes. You need DNS access to verify ownership and connect email. Domain registration and renewal are separate services. Do not change records before receiving activation instructions.
Is an alias another email account?+
Each user has a separate login. Aliases deliver to an existing mailbox and share its quotas; they do not add paid users.
Can I move my existing messages?+
Migration will be assessed by provider, volume and the data you want to transfer. Messages, contacts, calendars, rules and permissions may have different scopes.
How do I request a free trial?+
Request 14 days without a card, up to 3 users and 5 GB total, with reduced sending limits. At the end you choose whether to purchase: no automatic charges.
Will it work with my apps?+
See the apps page: it distinguishes web access, IMAP/SMTP email and calendar and contact connections. IMAP alone does not sync calendars or contacts; check your app version and use the settings provided at activation.
How much storage and support are included?+
Essential provides 10 GB per user, Professional 50 GB and Business 100 GB, pooled per organization. First response targets are 2 business days, 1 business day and 4 business hours respectively, within support hours.
